Responsibilities: Led a team of eight development technicians in preparing systems for product reviews, staging and testing all hardware and pre-release software for optimal performance prior to shipping. Mentored all staff, managed a yearly 2.4 million dollar budget and maintained a flawless inventory of 5 million dollars worth of un-announced IBM computer products (including commercial servers, professional workstations, mobile and home PCs) used to generate positive press/consultant reviews in industry publications. Acted as primary contact for consultants and media regarding IBM product reviews, as well as technical support at industry conferences.

Configured, tested, and benchmarked IBM un-announced PC's, Laptops, and Servers. Provided feedback to development engineers on process and hardware improvements.

Served 4 years on Active duty with the 82nd at Ft. Bragg, then 18 years with B 120th INF Smithfield NCARNG. Iraq Feb 2004 -'05 earning a Bronze Star for my service. Under combat stressors, I lead my platoon on over 250 combat missions in the Dihala Province of Central Iraq. My leadership and experience brought 40 soldiers home to their families.
