One of three Co Directors for an Arts Engagement CIC with the aim to connect young people, businesses and artists through creativity. Responsible for overseeing the organisations safeguarding policies and procedures and the learning integrity and intent.

Course Lead for a Level 2 & Level 3 RSL Event Management course for 16 - 18 year olds. Responsible for planning and delivering engaging and relevant course content including industry placements and event productions yielding high levels of success in the qualification.

Responsible for overseeing the recruitment of young people aged 16-18 to a range of creative vocational study programmes across two campuses, and ensuring that they have a positive and supported experience whilst on roll. Lead on assessing the level and need of the young person, and for managing a team of staff who interview and support young people throughout the year. The focus of my work was widening access to education, assessing the needs of young people in partnership work with a wide range of agencies, and helping to remove any barriers to learning.

Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for Classical Music, Theatre, Young Adult and Dance programmes encompassing: Working towards targets; commissioning and overseeing print and web image design; management of budgets from £100 - £4000; frequent liaison with other members of the department and promoters/performers; audience development; data capture; building of relationships with other organisations such as AMEX, Juice FM and local arts venues. Audience development and promotion of outreach and education initiatives, working closely with the Creative Learning department.
