With a vast range of knowledge and expertise we oversee divers, watersports instructors, wake boarding session, boat trips and training, marketing and guest care services.Working closely with the Water Operations Manager we implemented an overhaul of the KAUST facilities, both in equipment and buildings. In doing so we introduced new governing bodies to Saudi Arabia and brought RYA Certification to Jeddah Marina and KAUST.Alongside the watersports our department covers: Retail, Guest Care Services, Staff Training, Food and Beverage Services, Marketing, Event Management, Lifeguarding, Marina Management, Boat Trips, Cruising and Training. West Wittering is a very busy sandy beach located on the South Coast, UK between Brighton and Portsmouth.Being the most accessible beach to London it regularly has 15,000+ visitors on a busy weekend. Throughout my career there I stepped up to become the senior lifeguard in charge of a team of 10 lifeguards and beach patrol.
