I provide consulting services related to product and experience design, technology staffing and process improvement, educational technology, and as the owner's representative with third-party providers.I was engaged by the University of Washington to study existing educational technology in order to make recommendations on how the law school can meet its future IT and distance learning goals. The UW law project will involve multiple campuses, international programs and a state wide online learning initiative. Prior to this I had worked with Whittier Law School. At Whittier we analyzed current technology staffing models and institutional instructional needs. Based on my recommendations, the law school reorganized its staff into a cohesive team and added two new positions including a Technology Director.
