I am a disciplined and productive professional with over 24 years of increasingly responsible experience in the Secondary Marketing Analyst and Sales/Product Support roles of advanced mortgage operations and 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance, specifically, international claims management. During my mortgage career, I have worked almost exclusively in an environment without direct supervision which required me to be self-motivated and self-reliant. Finding new ways to be resourceful in learning new systems, I spearheaded the development of the work process handling rate locks into a more efficient process with increased accuracy in a fast-paced, high stress workflow which was adopted by the other operation centers. These innovative improvements benefited the workflow in a volatile interest rate market where margins can be reduced due to latency in the process.
