Facilitate and promote collaborations among stores for various purposes, including but not limited to supply chain management, inventory control, compliance with regulations, loss prevention, managing & lowering wastage, launching new stores, store & business compliance, and providing technical support, assets phones / laptops & technical training updates. I developed and implemented a comprehensive plan for cost control, B2B sales, stock control, and reducing returns shrinkage levels. This plan was designed to ensure a strong and sustainable focus on the customer experience while achieving business goals.Compliance Manager (Nov 2017- September 2020)Area Compliance Manager, I was elected to oversee all compliance matters across a region of 20 stores, providing guidance and support to 20 General Managers and store colleagues. My responsibilities included managing stock loss, shrinkage, audits, Apple compliance, and internal compliance procedures for both Currys and Carphone Warehouse (Store In Store). Additionally, I served as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related issues within the region.

In my role, I was responsible for developing, testing, and rolling out a product services (Visible & Invisible products) strategy across the UK, starting with local stores and then trailing in a few stores before a full rollout to all locations. I also worked to establish strong people and performance values within a demanding environment, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. In addition, I delivered a clear business strategy that aimed to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
