Topics of interest include how to: identify and mitigate complex problems within political and government systems; implement effective solutions by leveraging expertise in law, policy, and regulatory mandates; achieve excellence in program leadership by leveraging supporting resources and establishing results-focused objectives and timetables. Projects we can discuss include: fostering meaningful interagency connections and collaborations; developing strategies to maximize communication and collaboration with government entities including the U.S. Congress; transforming inefficient and ineffective policies through stakeholder engagement and consensus-building; and becoming an influential resource who is able to reliably deliver successful outcomes by organizing and directing key stakeholders in developing and defining a clear sense of shared purpose, mission, and vision..
