My duties, first and foremost, included polishing up the organizations brand. Once the brand was established, I married all the elements to the newly polished brand. This included redesigning the website:• I populated the website with information exclusive to the organizations goal - to help the different businesses get exposure.• I made it easier for potential customers to find and connect with businesses.• I included town information important to the organizations businesses.• I kept the website current by refreshing the news and business listing.• As the website became a vital tool, I made sure to personally and professionally welcome and include new business members.

My duties as a Prepress Specialist at Laminex included redrawing company logos using Macromedia Freehand and preparing the artwork for printing as security swipe cards. After redrawing the logos, I prepared the artwork for print negatives. Working closely with the company printer, I set up the trapping, of which I was proud to have mastered. Once I received the different color negatives, I oversaw print process within the in-house print department.

Preparing advertisement pages using Ruby Lift, Exato Knives, and other old school graphic design tools. This was, of course, before desktop computers became commonplace.
