Responsible for implementing and developing Hard Asset business from inception in the Agriculture industry. Establish PEAC Finance across the sector, growing the exposure and uptake of our facilities whilst supporting and promoting our Vendor partners to exceed in their sales objectives. • Pro-actively working to capture all available business, utilising working knowledge of the industry and all products and services and their tax implications, to ensure that products are matched to individual needs and promote increased sales.• Create and develop effective working relationships with all Vendors, manufacturers and PEAC Staff, helping to provide an excellent, seamless service to our customers.• Understand and interpret detailed financial and accounting information to develop recommendations in support of credit proposals.• Manage and develop broker relationships, ensuring good quality proposals and business is at the forefront of the partnership.

Responsible for managing, promoting and completing all funding for both our customers and our own business through HP, FL, Ops Lease and Contract Hire. This includes arranging training and coaching on structuring financing of products and services, assisting the sales team to achieve sales targets whilst managing our debtors with the total management of all cases, delivering and implementing a new structure to the business model.• Pro-actively working with sales team/customers to capture on-going retail and lease business, utilising working knowledge of all lenders products and services and their tax implications, to ensure that products are matched to individual needs and promote increased sales.• Develop effective working relationships with all lenders, UK Sales & Marketing teams, manufacturers and P Tuckwell Ltd Staff, helping to provide an excellent, seamless service to our customers.• Understand and interpret detailed financial and accounting information to develop recommendations in support of credit proposals.• Provide follow-up service and a “one stop shop” for all our customers asset purchases• Develop processes to drive sales of new and aged inventory, whilst managing cash flow of the business reducing Days Sales Outstanding• Intermediary for BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, Hitachi Capital, John Deere Finance, JCB Finance amongst others
