As a Manager at Accenture aligned to the growth strategy practice, I lead market model development and manage qualitative and quantitative market research activities that support growth strategy development in the industrial, energy, and cities/transportation space. I evaluate global, economic, technology, and social trends, and apply expertise to answer strategic business questions, develop recommendations for growth opportunities, and define strategic programs to optimize performance. I joined Accenture in 2022 as part of the Beacon Group Consulting acquisition, where I was a Senior Strategy and Market Analyst for Industrials and Energy. With Beacon, I leveraged my extensive energy industry experience to provide clients with a better understanding of current and future markets, the transformative period of energy transition, and the transition of industrials into smart manufacturing (Industry 4.0). I developed recommendations for growth opportunities, and solutions for business, technology, workforce, and operational challenges. Prior to this I was a independent energy strategy consultant with Becht Engineering. With nearly two decades of experience in the energy industry as an energy economist and energy statistician, I have a deep understanding of the current and future market trends and challenges, especially in the context of oil and gas and the energy transition. I leverage my analytical skills, problem solving skills, and customer relationship management skills to provide clients and decision makers with expert insight and forward-looking analysis for strategic planning. I have successfully delivered multiple projects to company executives, business development and strategy leaders, investor relations experts, and others on topics such as natural gas supply, demand, and pricing forecasts; light products and NGL markets; biofuels markets; crude production and refining utilization; and US petroleum product supply and demand forecasts. I am also an expert in the macroeconomics that affect the oil and gas sector globally. I have management experience, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. I have written advisory memos, policy papers, reports, and contributed to regulatory testimony. I am a critical thinker who can apply wide-ranging experience to current circumstances and to other areas of the broader energy environment.I have a Master of Public Policy degree from William & Mary, with a focus in International Trade and National Security, and a Bachelor of Education degree from Kent State University.
