• River Park Condominiums, Norfolk Virginia. Quality assurance/quality control and construction oversight on 44-unit luxury condominium development adjacent to Norfolk waterfront.• The Settlement at Powhatan Creek Active Adult Community, Williamsburg, Virginia. Project entitlement and zoning approvals, master planning and design for 400-unit project. Research comparable active adult projects in Mid-Atlantic to insure competitive advantage.• Stonehouse Residential Community, James City County, Virginia. Land planning and product planning for two niche projects: 21-unit cluster project adjacent to community center and 16-unit town home project overlooking 18th fairway and green.• Snug Harbor Development Group- Virginia Beach, Virginia- Land planning for mixed use project including office, day care, and residential development.
