Since my graduation from University in July 2011 I have worked as an Exercise Specialist at the Better Body Group in a self employed capacity. I am a consistent top performer, delivering up to 160 hours of training and nutrition consultations per month. I have also created high quality social media content, both in written form and in video.My role has developed to the Head of Nutrition, where I revamped our current in house nutrition guidelines, as well as developed my own system and pricing structure for delivering personalised nutrition guidance to clients. Over the past year I have co-created a personal training course for graduates aimed specifically at improving imparting their knowledge and delivering sessions to clients, as well as their ability to market themselves and sell.
