Managing development, review, and clearance of communication products for a social marketing campaign to promote the Zika Contraception Action Network in Puerto Rico. The project, in partnership with the CDC Foundation, provided long-term, reversible contraceptives to more than 23,000 women in a period of 11 months. CAT communication projects are also helping local health departments in the US Virgin Islands and Pacific Island Territories create toolkits to raise awareness of contraception in the context of local Zika outbreaks. In addition to this work, I led communication efforts for the the Division of Global Migration and Quarantine's contribution to the Zika outbreak, serving on the Global Migration Task Force. I produced three videos to inform US travelers about Zika prevention strategies while attending the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
