Primary responsibilities included managing the company’s existing Business Intelligence (BI) environment and developing new data warehouse/BI solutions. I worked with the user community to identify opportunities for improved business decision making using structured and ad-hoc data analysis, and oversaw development and operations of the enterprise data warehouse.

While working in this role, I developed and maintained data warehouse solutions, business intelligence solutions, and custom websites. I worked closely with senior management to identify specific business processes that could be improved or aided with data analysis tools and solutions and/or customized, web-based workflows, intranets, and extranets.

My responsibilities included management of the company’s enterprise resource planning system, support and maintenance of its computer and network infrastructure, and data mining. I successfully managed the department, my duties, and the departmental budget while completing various business critical projects including development of company intranet.
