He has experience working with companies in a range of industries including but not limited to steel, aluminum, chemical, agriculture, textile, automotive and consumer goods. James has also participated as an expert in trade remedy seminars conducted in Mexico, Vietnam and China and was named among the leading antidumping expert by Who's Who Legal (WWL, Economics and Antidumping Consultants, 2018 and 2019).Prior to entering the private sector, James served as an official in the U.S. Department of Commerce's Import Administration, where he enforced US antidumping and countervailing duty regulations.
