I am an experienced Cloud, Collaboration, Archiving and Backup consultant with over 18 years’ experience in the IT industry. I have worked for major IT distributors, resellers and Vendors in the UK. Roles have included end user focused but also roles that have involved channel partners providing them enablement and training on opportunities that they need assistance with. Throughout my professional career I have been involved in a variety of capacities. These include Delivery, Consulting, Pre-sales and architecture roles. Nearly all of my professional career I have been involved in customer facing roles. Talking and but most importantly listening to customers at various levels about their business challenges. I use a consultative methodology to understand the business challenges and where technically we could help solve those challenges. Typical solutions would be to reduce risk and / or simplify existing processes which provide a lower total cost of ownership. The relationship would continue to further evolve the customer's environment and for me to become a trusted partner for them to turn to if they needed advice.
