We had a big challenge – we had to cut a huge 100GWhs a year off the airport’s energy consumption. We didn’t initially have any capital funding but we had the opportunity to try out lots of people based solutions and ideas. • And we massively surprised ourselves - we hit the target in about half the time we thought possible and hadn’t even really started spending much Capex! • It wasn’t perfect, we learnt a lot.
