The Discovery Mill offers organisations energy sustainability consultancy guidance and support to help energise change on the ground using balanced, strategic thinking and hands-on solutions. I’m James Brittain and the Discovery Mill is my consultancy business. When I first started, I was trained to focus on big projects and technical solutions to save energy. It probably wasn’t until I was the Energy Manager at Heathrow Airport that I realised it’s actually all about people. • The Secret is to be able to blend technical and behaviour change solutions with simple targeted management systems alongside. This is why I set up the Discovery Mill and why we do what we do.
