In November 2021 I took the opportunity to move into the Fitronics product team, becoming a product owner.As part of my transition into this new role, in a new department within the business, I undertook formal Scrum training, becoming a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner. I also attended a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

In November 2022, following the departure of the Head of Product, I took on an interim position acting-up as Product Team Lead.In my role as the product team lead, I oversaw the product team at Fitronics.I was responsible for growing and maintaining Fitronics' suite of market-leading software products, ensuring they remained competitive in an ever-changing.

In January 2019 I was promoted to the position of Senior Marketing Executive, overseeing the marketing for both the TRP and CoursePro brands.TRP is a leading supplier of member experience management.
