With my MS in Analytics and my extensive knowledge of SQL and data, I optimize the performance and reliability of the systems and processes, using data-driven insights and best practices. I also manage the P&L for the production services department, aligning the budget and resources with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.I have a diverse and rich background in both technology and music, which has shaped my career path and aspirations. I started as a touring musician and then transitioned to a trainer and a help desk manager at NAOS, where I learned to work with people and explain complex concepts in simple terms. I then moved to FIS, where I gained expertise in business intelligence, data warehousing, and user management, working as a client service specialist, an implementation consultant, and a senior programmer analyst. I enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
