I established this professional group for the purposes of attending networking events to connect with those experienced in Asset Management; Equity, Derivatives & Fixed Income Trading; Operations Strategy & Planning. The objectives of the group are to research industry leaders, participate in industry discussions and evaluate innovations in the marketplace.

As an original partner, I established trading, operations, and, settlement platforms, and guided the investment process, performance, risk monitoring, and compliance. I managed the daily reconciliation of client investment portfolios and securities pricing in the portfolio management system (PORTIA). I produced monthly client reports with performance, holding, and transactions. I also participated on the Investment, Employee Compensation, and Pricing Committees.As senior trader, I traded US, emerging and frontier equities markets, fixed income, and foreign exchange. I held full discretion on all equities orders: currency forwards, SWAPS, options, derivatives, and OTC equity instruments. This was a 24-hour trading desk. I communicated strategy between the investment team, trading desk, operations, and compliance. ► Contributed to designing and launching trading system. Formulated technical aspects, led migration of client information from BEA to Zesiger. Defined and monitored trading policies and compliance manual together with COO. ► Strategically cultivated, managed, and optimized series of professional relationships with local, national, and global brokers in 20+ countries.
