As Digital Marketing Officer at JTL, I oversaw all of the organisation's digital marketing activities. I managed the day-to-day running of the JTL website, created and sent out the organisation’s email marketing campaigns, and used a range of SEO tools to ensure that the website was as optimised as possible for positive search engine performance.I also managed the organisation’s first steps into paid search, via Google AdWords, and created monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, measuring the KPIs and ensuring that JTL's digital performance was as strong as it could be.In my role, I also oversaw the work of the Social Media Coordinator. Between us, we achieved huge improvements in JTL's social media performance and conversion rates, making the most of opportunities to attract and engage relevant audiences.We regularly broke previous records for visitor numbers on the JTL website, with the organisation’s online and digital performance quantifiably improving month-on-month on a regular basis.
