Managed technology innovation and new product development across four engineering and services departments with 50 plus employees, 6 program managers, 36 customers globally, and two major manufacturing facilities with a combined 1200 employees.•Incorporated risk management planning, enabling customer based engagement and decision making for design for manufacturing (DFM) during early phases of new product design with existing processes, increasing yield with reduced rework and scrap, and first article deliveries on-time and under budget.

•Joined HP Inkjet division contributing to the hyper growth with double digit growth and revenue across global sites and simultaneously launching multiple new products. Increasing yields and reliability performance with early proto products through product launch and release to production.•Managed and lead 15+ multi-disciplined engineers through early product designs for manufacturability (DFM) to production release of tooling, processes, and manufacturing requirements.
