Maintained and operated the cameras and computers that tracked the velocity and trajectory of pitches thrown during live play at Chase Field and in Spring Training venues across the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Conducted training sessions in Arizona for Field Timing Coordinators at Major League Baseball. Field Timing Coordinators worked with the umpires on the field to maintain strict time limits between innings and during inning breaks as part of Major League Baseball's initiative to speed up the game.

The Datacaster, also known as a stringer, sits in the press box beside the Official Scorer and enters all gameplay and scoring decisions electronically for a wide variety of internal and external applications and data storage for clients around the world. This position is high-profile, pressure-filled, and requires tremendous focus and expertise.

Founded Arizona Curriculum Theater, Inc., a non-profit organization specializing in the promotion of literacy and developing curriculum-based subject matter for workshops and performances in schools and libraries all over Arizona. ACT Inc. takes an active role in exploring an alternative arts-based approaches to teaching public and charter school curricula. ACT Inc. has had special partnerships with the National Endowment for the Arts, Arizona Commission on the Arts, Maricopa County Library District, Phoenix Public Library, and the West Valley Arts Council in collaborative projects throughout the years.

Executive Producer and Artistic Director for the largest Edgar Allan Poe Festival in the world taking place every October in multiple venues around the Phoenix, Arizona area serving as a fundraiser for the nonprofit ACT Inc. PoeFest Main Stage presents performances of Poe's works by professional actors in character as inmates from Poe's fictional Maison de Santa Asylum. PoeFest Seance is an entertainment show that attempts to contact the lost soul of Edgar Allan Poe himself with frights and scares guaranteed. The Raven at Rosson House Museum presents performances of The Raven every twenty minutes on Halloween night inside the restored Victorian Gothic mansion in Downtown Phoenix.

Develop, design, and implement a high-traffic website for the largest Edgar Allan Poe Festival in the world. One hundred percent of all business occurs through the website for this festival every year.

Starred as Alfred Doolittle in Pygmalion, Camillo in The Winter's Tale, Dukes Frederick and Senior in As You Like It, Brabantio in Othello, Bardolph in Merry Wives of Windsor, Vincentio in Taming of the Shrew, First Murderer in Macbeth, Cleante in Tartuffe, and the Duke of Venice in The Merchant of Venice.

Arlington, Massachusetts

Wrote, directed, hosted, and edited an award-winning local Comcast cable television show called The Menotomy Journal. The show covered the local history, people, places, and interesting things to do in and around the Mystic Valley in Massachusetts. This work exposed James to a variety of broadcast experiences from editing digital video using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro, to working with audio and video equipment in the field, to writing and story-telling, as well as developing ease in front of the camera as the host of the show. The Menotomy Journal aired in repeats for more than a decade on local Comcast channels in the Arlington, Massachusetts area.
