Managed departmental teams within the operational control room monitoring electronic curfews nationwide whilst reporting to the Ministry of Justice. On 31st January 2016, the MOJ and Mayor of London extended the sobriety tagging pilot to the whole of London. Capita were awarded the contract and I was successfully chosen from several candidates to take ownership of the operational side of the pilot alongside my current role. The pilot was a massive success and as a result was rolled out nationwide. • Responsible for the operational department constantly over achieving on SLA targets set by MOJ and as a result no service level credits or fines were issued. • Tasked by senior management with developing staff from other departments to complete operational tasks to ensure that the centre was future-proof. • Designed, implemented and set quality and productivity goals for all colleagues to ensure that the service provided was delivered to the highest standard. • Carried out effective personal development reviews to ensure a clear understanding of objectives so that colleagues efforts at all levels were recognised. • Worked alongside the senior management team to evolve a defined engagement and communication model to ensure all teams understood their individual performance and needs of the business. • Implemented and monitored quality control processes ensuring that the service provided was delivered at the highest standard.
