As a founding member of the team and the current Product Lead, my primary focus is to define the shape of the longer-term product roadmap in terms of scope/features, based on a continuous discovery process. This is about working with stakeholders (providers, support workers, care recipients, design and technology experts) to identify current and emerging needs and problems, and then to uncover innovative solutions that leverage clever design and advanced technology.I am especially proud to have built a high-performing, cross-functional team of people who are the best at what they do in the industry. In 2016, Telstra Health formed a team to design and develop a next-generation community solution. I was one of three founding members of the team. My main focuses were around market research, internal product analysis, stakeholder engagement, and establishing business processes to enable us to scale from initial concept incubation through to a full design/build/test pipeline.After moving through the initial research and incubation phases through to building at scale and preparing for launch, my role transitioned to Product Lead.

I assumed this role for a maternity leave period of just over five months.In this role, I had overall responsibility for the delivery of the TCM, CCW, and ACC products for Telstra Health. During this time, the ADCC division was significantly restructured, which led me to redesign the development and delivery process for these products and establish a new roadmap for TCM.Customer response to these changes was positive, owing to improved product quality and a closer alignment between product roadmap and customer needs/pain points.

I joined Telstra Health during a period of significant change; the community care sector was moving rapidly towards a CDC (consumer directed care) model of service delivery as mandated by the federal government. Many organisations across the country are still battling through these changes as they seek to improve business efficiency and remain financially viable while offering ever-improving levels of service to care recipients.My role throughout most of 2014 was to lead engagement with our client base around CDC changes and the ways that our TCM product was evolving to meet these emerging needs. I also led the significant internal change across product, client services, and support teams to ensure that we could better understand and support clients.In addition, I assumed numerous business analysis and product management responsibilities for the TCM and CCW products, including product ownership for several product modules (such as DVA, NDIS, and Self-Directed Care).

With around 4,000 clients across all states, RDNS/Rally HomeCare is the largest national provider of community nursing services for veterans in Australia.My role encompassed overall responsibility for the training and development portfolio across almost 600 staff nationwide with various disciplines (including clinical nursing, personal care and domestic assistance).

Stanhope Healthcare Services was a major national provider of home care services across Australia. The organisation was founded in the 1978, and grew to become the largest privately owned home care service provider in Australia.As part of the Xena Project Team, I was primarily responsible for business analysis (gathering business requirements, proposing software enhancements, conducting business fit analysis tasks, developing and implementing UAT plans, and conducting training for end users).I was also involved with developing design documents for software enhancements, and assisting the organisation with process improvement and change management.
