A key responsibility being the maintenance of an IMS consolidating our ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, Cyber Essentials Plus and ADISA certifications. I also function in an oversight role for the Facility Manager and the Head of Sales – assisting them in enacting changes to processes or in dealing with the unexpected, whilst keeping an eye on GDPR compliance along with our client specific requirements and other relevant certifications.I represent Blackmore as a part of the ADISA Standard’s Steering Committee, and other groups such as their POPs Compliance Committee. I’ve helped to represent Blackmore at other trade body meetings and events, ensuring the business interests are at the forefront of new developments in the industry, and forging connections with key suppliers and partners for future projects.I am also responsible for the IT infrastructure, working to maintain continuity of the systems in line with the various accreditations and our specific ITAD industry nuances.
