As a Keyholder at OTG, the golf-themed bar, my role goes beyond bartending. It's a dynamic position that blends mixology with Trackman technology expertise, aiming to enhance the overall customer experience. I use Canva for creative Instagram content, showcasing the fusion of golf skills and Trackman. Additionally, I manage reservations through knowledge of ResDiary in the process. Lockdown role, processing orders and packaging products. Dealt with high volumes orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation was maintained.
