• Leading on a test and learn phase of the project where we onboarded a 3rd party to commence prospect engagement on our behalf, this entailed stakeholder management, leading internal and external meetings, data.
• Owner of Internal National Intermediary Services pilot in which planning, process maps, relationship managing and support of prospecting teams understanding of service took place.
• Supporting Project lead on Strategy and board level papers.
• Presenting findings of various pilots back to senior leaders across sales, strategy and agency department.
• Lead on testing initial “Risk Quality Assessment” tool which is now used by the prospecting team.

East Region

• Overseeing the smooth operation of sales driven campaigns.
• Analysing internal sales figures and devising solutions to improve company performance.
• Conducting data extraction, manipulation and visualisation. This involves extracting data from multiple sources and correlating data points to provide essential business intelligence.
• Creating presentations on internal business performance and delivering to senior management and key stakeholders regularly.
• Stakeholder IT support.
• Face-to-face selling of insurance products to customers.
