In the aftermath of the 2021 Dixie Fire that devastated Greenville, CA, I was part of a dedicated team of twelve professionals committed to the town's recovery and rebuilding efforts. Working closely with SERA Architects, the Plumas County Building Department, city planners, and community leaders, we developed a comprehensive 75-page Guidebook. This guide provided crucial project context and design guidelines for public and private entities. Additionally, I partnered with SERA, InfraCenters, and the Indian Valley Community Services District to kickstart a renewable energy infrastructure master plan, resulting in over 50 pages of detailed documentation. To ensure the community's needs were met, I also promoted and organized more than ten outreach events, incorporating local feedback into the Guidebook.At the end of the project, I led a group presentation where we addressed community stakeholders' concerns. This presentation was crucial for informing stakeholders about the project's progress and achievements, as well as responding to their feedback and ensuring their continued support and involvement.

Service Technicians work collaboratively and hands-on with staff and local riders as a host, mentor, brand advocate, and technical service ace. The Service Technician provides exceptional rider service; enhances rider satisfaction; and aids in meeting sales and profitability goals.
