Experience managing multi-site, high volume, large teams, major product launches/events, high complexity, business relationships and developing high caliber talent in face-paced environments.

A member of the Senior Leadership Team for ANZ. Full responsibility for the strategic direction of the business based on the Groups' global strategy. Experience managing and developing franchise partner networks, distribution channels, strategic agility, product launches, new store openings, and high ticket sales and marketing in a demanding environment.

A member of the Senior Leadership Team for UK. Full accountability for the Retail channel, key Franchise partners, Customer Services, Logistics, Training and HR. Experience managing multi-site, diverse teams, call centres, product ranging, international trade fairs and exhibitions, and the project management of new store and concession openings.

Full responsibility and accountability for high profile West End area. Experience managing multi-site, new store openings, large teams, talent selection and development, cross functional relationships, critical projects, and day to day sales and operations of retail store network.
