When I was 17 years old, I had a mentor who ran a successful venture capital fund in my hometown. I asked him what my 10-year goal horizon should be...10 years later, I'm still reflecting on his advice and am actively implementing his roadmap.He said, "Before you turn 30, build as many tools as you can so that by the time you have ‘real’ responsibilities, you are dangerous." That's been my journey thus far.
