Resolved dozens of potential roadblocks by engaging additional resources internally and in some cases, engaging facilities themselves to procure the retrieval of the medical information. Client testimony 4 weeks into program, "We have quite the backlog at this time as we were not expecting the volumes that [CIOX Health] was able to procure, so quickly."Extended scope of responsibility in October 2017 to manage additional 4 LOB’s for client who were behind their production schedules. 4 LOB’s together were an additional $8 million in revenue, risk at that time was upwards of $3 million. All 4 LOB’s experienced successful programs by the time the projects concluded.Transitioned to $15 million client whose program was 4 1/2 weeks behind schedule in August 2017.
