At Permanent TSB, I managed and produced the Internal Communications Design Studio. Some of my key duties, projects and achievements are listed below:Developed all content for and launched new Bank wide internal communications platform, Workvivo. Successfully redesigned and upgraded customer facing quarterly report on consumer trends, gaining nationwide media coverage. Redeveloped, rebranded and relauched the Bank’s internal podcast series. Key stakeholder in developing the Bank’s first ever Heritage Archive. Organised, produced and delivered DE&I Strategy launch event to promote the Bank’s strategic culture and brand priorities. Produced bi-monthly social media reports with a specific focus on creative effectiveness and impact. Managed the Internal Communications Design Studio. Managed and maintained internal digital screens system and tracker across all Bank office locations nationwide. Designed CEO Updates and communications for internal platforms. Received 5 internal recognition nomination awards for embodying company values.

Working freelance – I have produced creative marketing materials for Irish businesses across a litany of visual media platforms.

At Javelin, I worked in a capacity as Art Director leading the creative for a multitude of clients and campaigns. Below are just some of my key duties, projects and achievements. Lead developer and designer on numerous successful commercial campaigns for high profile brands.Produced research driven winning concepts for new business development pitches.Represented Javelin at new business development presentations, locally and internationally.Created and grew the Javelin Dublin Instagram account from 0 to 500 followers in 10 months organically.Designed, setup and manage Javelin’s Instagram platform & contributed articles to Javelin’s blog.Created and managed social strategies and search engine optimisation for multiple client’s digital accounts.Developed digital/TV video concepts for customer focused commercial campaigns.Clients worked with include: The AA, KBC Bank, Toyota, Bacardi, Irish Ferries, Heineken & Casillero Del Diablo.

Trained as junior creative intern and dabbled as the in-house videographer and go to Adobe guy.

I worked on various projects along side architects. I would liaise with architects on particular projects that would incorporate branding or image design in the brief. Working closely alongside the architects, I would produce logo designs, general graphic design, design projections via sketch up, photoshop mock ups and AutoCAD operator.

Working as a brand ambassador, team leader and event manager on different experiential marketing campaigns and activities I gained a huge insight into the world of branding and marketing. In my time there I worked with brands such as Heineken, Three & Sky. Furthermore, when called upon, I assisted the companies media production manager in creating video and photography marketing material.
