Founder and Director of the Pebbles Group, growing successful businesses in leisure and tourism. Pebbles is one of the South West’s most respected holiday home brands. Since starting student accommodation website FlatRabbit aged 21 I've been seeking ways to bring people together for mutual benefit and to drive positive change, through enterprise. In 2004 we established Pebbles, which brings people together around holiday property to create better opportunities for all stakeholders including surrounding communities. These days most of my time is spent with the group leaders, building the reach of these businesses, nurturing talent and innovation. I also serve on community organisations near my Devon home. I’m an advocate of humanity, a change-maker, and a believer in business as a force for good.
