I am not Lt. JG Nicholas Holden ("Operation Pettycoat"). But to coin a phrase I will beg, borrow and, well you know, anything and anyone to make sure that the job gets done. I am excellent at training volunteers and motivating experienced personnel to get the most out of them. One of the other things that sets me apart, is that I will not ask someone to do something that I am not willing (unless otherwise unknowlageable/incaplable of) to do myself. And I have learned that please and thank you will go a long way to getting things done as well.Specialties: Worked with local IATSE unions in East Lansing, Michigan and Knoxville, Tn. Rigging, flyman, Single purchase counterweight system, minor programing on ETC Express and Jands Vista Consoles. Hang and focus of lights. Experience in testing, setup of analog audio systems.
