...That lasted two years.Stepping back, partially, from project work, I'm looking again to help teams better apply technology in daily practice. This will be taking many forms from organized training, mentoring, and process review /development. I realize that I get more satisfaction from having someone tell me I helped them be better at their job than I do hearing we've been awarded that next project. I will still be acting as Project Manager for select clients as I work to ensure that the processes I work on are applicable and beneficial to the project teams I support.
