MAS 90 / MAS 200 Consultant. I work with a MAS 90 / MAS 200 / Sage 100 ERP customer base of over 200 small and medium sized businesses throughout the midwest to help them manage and best utilize their Information Technology investment. I specialize in Crystal Reports Design and Crystal Reports Training. Businesses work with me to leverage their business management software data and processes to produce impactful results.

As a Senior CSS Analyst, I coordinated the troubleshooting efforts of a team of 18 support analysts who supported the Business Management modules of MAS 90 and MAS 200. I authored training curriculum & conducted internal training, and I collaborated to help update information within the Technical Reference & Support Guide for MAS 90 / MAS 200. As Software Action Technical Team lead, I was responsible for meeting with a cross-functional team each week to discuss reported MAS 90 software bugs and enhancement requests. I also conducted extensive internal testing of both released and beta candidate versions of MAS 90 / MAS 200. While a Sage knowledgebase author, I wrote 1,000 MAS 90 / MAS 200 knowledgebase entries which were used both internally and published externally for troubleshooting and customer support resolution purposes. Many of my MAS 90 / MAS 200 enhancement requests were eventually incorporated into the design of subsequent releases of MAS 90 / MAS 200.

As comptroller, I prepared financial statements for a private custom packaging machinery manufacturer. With a staff of two direct reports, I managed the physical inventory and facilitated the redesign of the corporate website, while managing the payroll, A/R & A/P functions. As IT Director, I modernized the internal computer network and worked to develop consistent operational procedures.

Collaborated to integrate proprietary scheduling / billing software with Platinum for SQL & Great Plains. Managed & reported depreciation expenses for six corporate computer training facilities using FAS. I also prepared invoices and statements for corporate clients. Additionally, I prepared other reports to support audits and monthly financials.
