While being an expert in program management, business analysis, and industrial engineering may confuse some, it has actually allowed me to understand the interaction of internal and external processes as well as key functions of the organization. I've spent many years working for Siemens/Mitsubishi and their subsidiaries, which have a very focused mindset on how job classification is versus what functions people actually perform. As a result, I have worn many hats- Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Business Process Specialist, and Commercial Project Manager. As always the case, my functional title and responsibilities rarely matched! So what's my super power? Execution. Lots of people have big ideas but execution is what matters. I'm able to pull together resources and achieve results! A few accomplishments I'm proud of include:► Contributed to defining and establishing business objectives by presenting to US executives and global management market research and technology solutions to drive marketing in individual, regional, and industry.► Served as the single point of contact for all Sarbanes-Oxley inquiries, triaging all technical and methodology questions at Siemens.► Enabled transparent and consistent communication across multiple regions and business segments; allowed alignment of understanding and satisfying customer requirements by implementing a SharePoint system.► Positioned the organization for successful expansion by creating a regional and account management sales program organization serving USA, Canada, and Mexico at Primetals. ► Oversaw the ISO 9001 programs across 10 facilities and ISO 14001 programs across 2 facilities spread out over the USA at Siemens.► Tripled business revenue by managing the purchase of a former competitor/service provider’s assets from their bankruptcy filing. Oversaw the transfer of equipment and IP to provide the portfolio and services to customers. I am focused on putting my passion and skills to good use.
