As part of my duties, I have learned to work quickly and efficiently. I have often been forced to think and act quickly on my feet in a fast paced environment to ensure customers were served in a timely manner and to their satisfaction. Customer service is of key importance in the food retail industry and I always strive to give each and every customer a pleasant experience to ensure they return to the store on a continuous basis. On the occasion that a customer was left unhappy for whatever reason, I learned to keep calm and pleasant to ensure their problem is resolved in an appropriate manner.In order to constantly provide a high level of service, it is crucial that all members of staff work well together. Through my work with McDonalds, I have developed a high level of team work ability and communication skills. It is critical that each member of staff knows what is expected of them at all times and to communicate quickly and clearly with each other as there can be no room for error.As well as working as part of a team, I can also work independantly, something which I have demonstrated through training new crew members. I have reguraly been commended for my enthusiasm and work ethic, something which I bring to every task I am given. My managers know they can always rely on me to get the job done correctly and to a high standard.

From the 28 weeks that I have been employed at Servier, I can say with confidence and claimto have developed a much deeper understanding with first-hand experience of how the pharmaceuticalmanufacturing industry operates and functions collectively from being employed as a full-time QC Stability Analyst at Servier. From general soft skills such as punctuality, communication,statistical interpretation and reporting (both digital and hardcopy), problem solving, team/group andindependent work etc. to more detailed hard skills that required specific training such as calibrations, standardizations and functionality checks of lab apparatus, manual handling, operating and uploading data in LIMS and incorporating a strong adaptation of GMP.
