As a Product Manager, it is my responsibility to communicate with stakeholders to scope and build the tech products necessary for their companies to thrive. This involves managing a product development team consisting of designers, engineers, and quality assurance specialists. I am also responsible for the planning and execution of bi-weekly sprints alongside the development team to make sure we are achieving our maximum velocity.
