Most recently, Mr. FitzPatrick led a team of supply chain professionals that service a network of 370 retail stores with $1.8b in sales across four (4) states including California, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona. The team managed a $100M P&L across the global logistics supply-chain; from international and domestic vendors to outbound inventory flow through four primary dry and cold Distribution Centers in California and Texas. Mr. FitzPatrick negotiated complex multimillion-dollar vendor contracts including international logistics, vendor inbound, and outbound delivery fleet, driving down costs, improving service and increasing network efficiencies by 28%, resulting in $5M in saving.
