Solution included the implementation of an Enterprise Vault v10 archiving platform, and a comprehensive Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution based on MobileIron and BES, supporting a large mobile fleet.- Desktop refesh: lead architect with overarching responsibility for a Windows 7 desktop refresh program within the organisation. Design and deployment of software virtualisation and deployment platform based on Microsoft App-V and DFS-R.- Enterprise Wi-Fi; solution lead for secured wireless deployment for the Superpartners organisation and its clients across 3 sites and 15 floors. Design and delivery responsibilities for an Extreme wireless networking featuring a multi-zone 802.1x deployment utilising a Microsoft Radius and Microsoft TMG based firewall with Captive Portal support.- Proxy upgrade: implementation of internet filtering solution (forward proxy) and reverse proxy capability based on Microsoft TMG 2010 to support the Superpartners enterprise and its clients.

Role involved coordination with other cross-competency architects from storage, network, database, desktop and security teams to design infrastructure solutions for high-value financial applications systems and end user technologies.Key responsibilities included:• Producing high-level infrastructure and solution architecture artefacts.• Working with the Infrastructure Architecture Group, Solutions Architect and Project Managers collaboratively on large-scale projects analyse business requirements, and develop infrastructure solutions that comply with NAB roadmaps/standards.Project work included:• Lead messaging architect responsible for design and implementation of Microsoft Exchange 2007 deployment to the NAB - Wholesale Banking division, replacing the legacy Domino platform. Highly available Wintel\Lintel solution leveraging TIBCO BusinessWorks and EMS technologies, spanning multiple data centers and responsible for routing millions of high-value financial transactions per annum.

Design of the virtualisation platform for the bank's Test and Development environments utilising Microsoft Virtual Server. Architected the automated build framework for Windows Server 2003 SOE, and managed the team responsible for deploying to over 2,000 servers throughout the organisation.• Newcrest Mining; Architecture, design and implementation of a wireless network 802.1x solution, and a Microsoft Live Comunications Server (LCS) deployment throughout the company.• Cable and Wireless (UK); Architected the Wintel file services consolidation strategy. Led the file services team responsible for all aspects of the delivery lifecycle including design, build, test, implementation and support.
