I was responsible for seeing that the day to day retail operations were up to or surpassing industry standards. Beyond maintaining visual merchandising standards, I was also responsible for managing the store. These duties included, using preset goals to plan both payroll usage and goals in both the store and bike shop. In addition, I also acted as a liaison for the bike shop and upper level management.

I designed the offensive used that year. 17 players needed to know the offensive set-up. I was also responsible for designing and uphold the standards for the preseason/ season conditioning program.

Under the supervision of PTs and OTs, I aided in providing treatment for ROM, strengthening, and would care therapy. I was actually a part of the inaugural staff of the wound care department and the Driver assessment department(OT). I used computer programs to schedule, order supplies, and set daily treatment schedules.
