Additionally, my role involves coordinating with construction and customer teams to facilitate smooth transitions and mobilizations of data center sites, showcasing my dedication to delivering excellence at every stage of operations.Beyond operational oversight, I lead a high-performing technical operations team, providing mentorship and coaching to develop talent within our organization. My strategic approach to budget management balances cost-saving opportunities with maintaining quality and safety standards. Leveraging my expertise, I research and implement cutting-edge technologies and processes to further enhance our operational capabilities.
