I am currently working in a recently expanded role that incorporates accountabilities for delivering the release and automation strategies for AstraZeneca’s Enabling Units IT (EUIT) Business Facing Technology Group (BTG). EUIT manages over 200 3rd party and inhouse Finance, HR, Learning, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Health & Environment (SHE) applications.

I previously worked as a Project Manager in HR Operations responsible for the Transformation and Delivery of change for the Reward function across HR Operations globally. I lead the coordination of the HR Operations, Reward and Technology functions to deliver projects and manage the impacts on the HR Service Model.I also led a project to integrate a new, harmonised employee salary sacrifice car scheme onto the My Rewards flexible benefits platform. This involved chairing steering committees, managing senior stakeholders and overseeing the budgets and delivery of a new car vendor, the 3rd party benefits integrator and internal Technology, HR and Finance teams.Other notable achievements in this role include simultaneously implementing a single platform for managing Barclays' annual Compensation and a discretionary share plan SaaS solution for the bank's top executives. Both of these projects were global implementations across all of Barclays' business units.I also implemented an employee Online Compensation Profiles solution for the Retail Bank.I was the HR Ops and Tech Lead for the Americas for the OneHR transformation programme and currently managed the delivery of the Flexible Benefits programme for the UK and US.

I managed the User Acceptance Testing phase for the Retail Bank's UK SAP migration's Related Projects. I created and ran the plan for four separate workstreams (ESS / Business Warehouse / Document Management / CRM) and took a driven yet pragmatic approach to meeting test milestones. I proactively resolved the issues that slowed down the execution of test scripts and the resolution of defects.

I was the SAP Personnel Administration Lead for the Retail and Commercial Bank's global implementation of SAP HR and Self Service functionality. I ensured that the solution conformed to the Barclays' Global Template and actively worked to provide solutions that both complied with the template whilst enabling the local countries to operate. I also established and ran the global Retail Bank's SAP HR Business As Usual processes and mechanisms including a user group, design principles, change process and Change Advisory Board for nineteen countries. I significantly increased our users experience by working with the local HR operations and the Technology function to identify issue and provide solutions.

Involvement in all stages of SAP HR projects including running workshops, constructing business cases, requirements gathering, writing blueprints, writing functional specifications, configuring SAP, testing, cutover and post go-live support. I worked with HR departments in the UK, Switzerland and the US to determine business processes and document them using ARIS software. I provided project management expertise and leadership for the projects and initiatives I was responsible for:-• European Interfaces Lead for Global SAP roll out• European MSS Lead for Global SAP roll out• European Lead for SAP upgrade from ECC5 to ECC6, Unicode implementation and portal upgrade from EP6 to EP7

I joined the SAP team as a SAP Analyst and was promoted to Senior SAP AnalystI provided expertise for all of the HR modules used by T-Mobile UK. These were Personnel Administration / Payroll / Organisation Management / Time Management / Training & Event Management / Environment, Health & Safety / Compensation Management / Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service (Managers Desktop prior to MSS)

I joined T-Mobile as a Human Resources Advisor and transferred to the SAP Team.

I joined SDRC as a Human Resources Advisor and was promoted to Human Resources Manager.
