Harbinger represents players at the highest level, negotiating contracts, sponsorship deals and managing all of their affairs. However, our focus on working with 100 players only, for the long term, means that we move differently to other agencies. Just 2 years after their careers end, 40% of players are bankrupt, 50% are suffering mental health challenges, 40% are divorced. ​Harbinger seeks to change this - for and with its players. We go beyond the norm. We develop elite mental strength for world class performance and we build long term for the player's career in the game and beyond it.

Next Step Foundation has supported over 200 sixth form students from disadvantaged backgrounds through its 10-month University Preparation Programme. The Foundation became a registered charity in September 2020 after operating as a pro bono programme for its first four years when it was housed within Bonas MacFarlane. The programme gives scholars the opportunity to develop the underlying skills that allow them to be strong university applicants and students at the UK's most selective institutions. Scholars take part in weekly online seminars, are provided with academic resources and have 1-1 support in preparing their personal statements.Key roles and responsibilities: - Founded and created the programme and its curriculum, balancing the cost of the project on an annual basis with its objective of providing valuable support to students applying to Oxbridge and Russell Group Universities- Created job roles for the various components of the programme and hired exceptional tutors within budget- Recruited initial schools and students for the inaugural cohort in 2017, growing school and Multi Academy Trust involvement by 500% and student numbers by over 100% by building strong relationships with headteachers, CEOs and senior members of MATs - Ensured the highest standards of programme delivery leading to exceptional results for student offers to Russell Group (97%) and Oxbridge (31%) universities. - Set up the Alumni Network to connect former scholars from the programme to help them to begin to create their own professional networks- Played a key role in the approval of charitable status with the aim to now deliver funding to double the number of students for Foundation's 2021 cohort

Bonas MacFarlane's University Consultancy team advises HNW and UHNW families as they and their children make applications to some of the world's most challenging university courses. Individuals are supported through a bespoke programme built to optimise their preparation for both applying to and studying at the most selective universities around the world. Key roles, responsibilities and achievements:- First established the UK University Consultancy team in 2017, expanding the team's advisory capacity to US applications in the summer of 2018 and the rest of the world by the end of 2018- Tripled 2017 revenue over 2018 and 2019.- Created a new way of preparing clients for their applications which has led to excellent acceptance rates- Designed three clear levels of service, increasing both client numbers and profitability- Created a range of systems to ensure excellent functioning of the team and a high level of client service- Established strong relationships with a number of key individuals across Russell Group, Oxbridge and Ivy League universities- Delivered talks on various higher education and secondary school topics at independent and state schools and at the industry-leading Independent Schools Show

- Led whole staff training on new Progress 8 measures after regularly sitting on SLT to develop whole school strategy.- Co-wrote school-wide behaviour policy.- Mentored a range of teachers on behaviour management, mastery approach to learning and questioning.- Achieved 55% reduction in behaviour incidents for Year 11 compared with the year before.- Spanish GCSE pupils achieved 90% A*-C (Summer 2015) with 50% A*-A. 80% A*-C (Summer 2014 - first teaching) and 40% A*-A. Pupils began Spanish in Y9 and Y10 respectively.- Increased uptake of the Spanish GCSE from 5 to 10 to 31 pupils currently in Y11 (representing an increase from 4.2% to 25.8% of the year group being entered for Spanish).- Coordinated a team of 15 teachers in managing Y11 tutor groups and targeted intervention.
