James has been an experienced CEO and Managing Director of many different organisations with a diverse range of disciplines, including telecoms, energy, manufacturing, on-line marketing, security, utilities, field marketing, technology and capital equipment and in recent times training and consultancy as well as a coach and technology business.His role in Turning Factor has been primarily working with leadership teams as diverse as pharmaceuticals to aerospace, from international global businesses to relatively small UK based SME’s, specialising in behavioural and organisational change and leading reorganisations and advising Chief Executives at all levels on tough decisions which has in the past involved re-structures, dismissal and replacement of key personnel. James has also worked with other leaders from senior military personnel to globally recognised brands with engagement and improved productivity by improving the leadership’s performance through coaching and mentoring, and where needed, training.
