- Provide services to home-bound clients including: IV therapy, complex wound care, VAC therapy, palliative/end-of-life care, complex symptom management- Liaison with Palliative Nurse Clinician and Palliative Doctor to provide symptom management and palliation to meet clients’ goals of care, such as a home death or transfer to hospice- In consultation with Wound Care Clinician, provide Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, compression therapy, or complex wound care to heal or maintain wounds- Manage caseload of 56 clients for access to community services including: Assisted Living, Long Term Care, Hospice, MAiD, Respite Care, Home Support, and Day Program- Assess level of risk for home-bound clients within the home, and to explore possible resources/support for clients to promote well-being at home- Help on-board new Home Care Nurses (HCNs), and teach HCNs how to complete documentation, assessment, and access medical records through usage of PARIS, Pixalere, UCI, and Meditech

- Provide clients with rehabilitation restore functional level and enable clients to complete activities of daily living- Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to carry out rehabilitation in accordance with assigned parameters- Report clients progress to interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and directors to provide quality care for residents- Operate the mobility & rehabilitation program at Arbutus Care Centre (Revera Inc.) for 75 residents to maintain transfer status and improve quality of living- Liaison with physiotherapist to give progress updates and aid assessing residents for reports and care conferences - Maintain residents’ status through assisted ambulation, transfer practice, and range of motion exercises- Make appropriate judgement calls using anatomical & physiological knowledge to modify rehabilitative exercises

- Conduct body composition and movement assessments to identify areas of improvement for clients- Teach and coach clients in proper movement, mechanics, and form- Improve clients balance, hip stability, overall fitness, and posture- Instruct 20 participants in Muay Thai and Kickboxing classes

- Transcribe, correct, and edit recorded interviews, and conduct a thematic analysis on transcriptions- Assist head researcher in planning and brainstorming new research projects- Collaborate in the publishing of a book compiling the stories of Indigenous Elders

- Develop cardio and weight training programs to meet active rehabilitation and client goals, and ensure correct application of exercise through directive cues- Collaborate with client’s physiotherapists and doctors in developing an active rehabilitation program - Identify and assist in correcting musculoskeletal imbalances to improve quality of life and range of motion

• Manage client scheduling and payment installments• Interview and screen potential students, and train successful applicants into the Client Care Manager Role• Reorganize payment system processing for ICBC Active Rehabilitation clients• Communicate with lawyers, adjusters, and clients on the status of their Active Rehabilitation program through standardized reports and documentation

- Assist with development and implementation of instruction to help 10 clients meet their behaviour, social, and motor goals- Provide opportunities for learning and skill development for groups sized 4 – 25- Adhere to industry and government standards regarding site maintenance and program procedures- Organize two full months of summer activities to enhance experiential learning

- Provide exceptional guest service to 100,000 people total over the duration of the fair- Train employees by demonstrating how their responsibilities are carried out- Evaluate employees according to their interpersonal skills, job proficiency, and task management at the end of work season
