Successfully worked with NYSE, Ebay, Barclay’s Capital, Nokia-Siemens Networks (NSN), Northrup Grumman, NCsoft and many other companies on power & cooling problems, data center best practices and consolidation, performance issues, networking & virtualization solutions, and overcoming competitive pressures.

Investigated and designed a shared PCIe I/O module slated for an IBM BladeCenter or HP BladeSystem

Lead Designer of RLX’s 1st generation Intel based Server Blade called the 800i. It used the 800Mhz PIII-M and Micron NB. Went from conception to production in 5 months time and to make a successful March ’02 product shipping date. Responsible for some system design, entire board design from schematic capture, layout, board debug, and complete board validation, product release and 3rd level support for all hardware field issues.

Worked as a technical lead on Dell's next generation 2-way Coppermine server PE2500. Successfully worked through the design implementation, layout, debug and worked to resolve Severity 1 and 2 issues before launch. As a technical lead, I worked with other design groups to improve the design process. I have written a few PERL scripts to enable engineers the ability to put layout constraints in the schematic netlist and easily measure PCB trace lengths from an Allegro output file.

Worked as Cognizant Engineering Mentor for several engineers on Compaq's next generation 8-Way design, and Board Cog for high-speed 16GB memory board. Being a mentor requires that I help less experienced engineers in the group with design process, technical guidance, and scheduling of activities.
